Conrad was actively involved in the design and founding of the Business
Intelligence Service, (BIS), capability of PWC Forensics. For several
years he was responsible for one of the Business Intelligence functions
and through innovation always tried to renew and improve the service
offering. During his second mend to the SIU/ACTT, he assisted with the
design of the profile and background information reports, etc.
Anderson Madzima
Anderson Madzima is one of our Loss Adjusters specializing in general
claims. He holds a B Degree in insurance and is also a registered Inseta
Assessor/Moderator Service Provider. He is a member of IISA and RMSA.
Over the years he has acquired extensive claims experience in local
government insurance, electronic data, general property and material
damage insurance, machinery and breakdown
including plant all risks, electronic equipment
insurance, transit insurance spanning over 15 years
claims experience. Anderson has a strong technical
inclination and profound understanding of insurance.
He is meticulous and has in-depth analytical ability.
He has been in the insurance industry for more than
15 years.
He is passionate about insurance and has been
involved with some major insurance companies such
as Santam, Miway, Lion of Africa, Liberty Life and others in training
employees.
Lillian Naidoo
Lillian Naidoo is a dynamic and
professional asset to the corporate world
with years of experience in public
relations. She is an individual who is
able to resolve issues with diplomacy,
leaving all clients overwhelmed with
excellent service delivery.
Lillian heads up the administration
functions, oversees all reports submitted by the Loss Adjusters/Assessors
for editing and submission to the relevant Brokers & Insurance
Companies. Our administration personnel manage the day to day
activities, including the financials and administration duties headed by
Lillian Naidoo.
Jean du Plessis, B Proc LLB
Jean du Plessis an attorney at law, specializing in fire
damage and motor vehicle accident claims, Forest and
Veldt fires, and civil litigation, commercial law and due
diligence (forestry related transactions). Jean is
privileged to be regularly involved with five forestry and
sawmilling companies. He provides advice on a wide
range of topics, including industry related commercial
contracts and matters concerning forest fires (such as
compliance with the National Veld and Forest Fire Act
(Act 101of 1998) Jean also advises on a more practical
level regarding issues pertaining to Fire prevention and
fire-risk management. He has a wealth of experience in the forestry
industry and related legal issues. Jean has been involved in investigations
into-and litigations relating to-some of the biggest fire-related claims in
South Africa, including the 2005 Tsitsikamma fires, the 2007 fires in the
Sabie/Graskop/Pilgrims Rest area and the 2009 Boland fires in the
Stellenbosch/Grabouw area.

He is a former principal of Fellows Consultants, an
independent loss adjusting concern and also co-
founder of Moitsanape Consulting (Pty) Ltd. His
experience extends over a period of 40 years'
practical involvement in the Insurance Industry.
Cobus has vastly gained exposure as a director in
major broking houses, of which 18 years were spent
with PFV/Chemoil /Alexander Forbes, where he was
responsible for servicing and looking after the risk management and short
term insurance portfolio's of various corporate clients, of which included a
major Petro-chemical company (Sasol).
Cobus Wessels previously served as the President of The Insurance
Institute of Northern Gauteng. His training and technical capabilities were
also utilised as a trainer and facilitator by most of his previous employers,
as well as IING, IISA, ILASA and INSETA. He previously served as
Chairman of The Institute of Loss Adjusters for Northern Gauteng Regions.
Since his involvement 15 years ago with loss adjusting, he successfully
handled and finalised various large and complex claims on behalf of
insurers and brokers.
He is professionally qualified by examination through the "Chartered
Insurance Institute of London" as a Fellow (FCII), and a Chartered
Insurance Practitioner (CIP), also holds an Associate-ship of The Institute of
Loss Adjusters of SA (AILA), including various other academic
qualifications. He has and is currently operating as a multi professional loss
adjuster.
Conrad de la Rey, CFE UJ ACFE ICFP, Certified Fraud Examiner,
He has over 24 years investigative experience in various fields. Conrad was
a senior manager and forensic investigator in the Government and Public
Sector within the Forensic competency of PwC and spent 11 years with
PwC.
Prior to joining the internal Audit and Investigations team in PwC, Conrad
was a career Military Police Officer and Commander in the South African
National Defence Force. Conrad concluded his career as a Lieutenant
Colonel after serving more than 16years in various capacities and posts. He
was the commander of the Military Police in KZN and the 2nd in Command
of the Northern Military Police Region,(Gauteng, Mpumalanga & Limpopo).
During his time as an officer in the SA National Defence Force, Conrad was
involved in numerous investigations ranging from disciplinary, civil, statutory
specific and criminal investigations. Due to his position, Conrad was
responsible to plan, manage and command numerous projects on various
levels. Throughout his career, Conrad also formed part of various task and
project teams.
Conrad was involved in and responsible for the co-ordination of all internal
Forensic training in PwC in South Africa and other parts of Africa. He is also
a regular guest lecturer at the University of Pretoria on procurement fraud,
POCA, PFMA investigations, investigation methodologies, etc.
